Center of Excellence (CoE) in SEA aims to work on bigger objectives for Adivasi with wider spectrum of people involved. It aims to work on variety of domains beyond basic needs that aspire to uplift the communities to a level that signifies hollistic development and progress in terms of economy, culture, politics and overall identity. Mission-IAS provides free and subsidised coaching with qualitative faculties with an objective of facilitating Adivasi students to get success in civil service exams of both state and national level. During year 2021, the session went for 30+ students and only online mode due to covid restriction and now student are waiting for exam. Read more ... During lockdown 2020, several migrant workers were strangled in different cities without food due to prolong no job situation. SEA reached out to several of them at different cities like Bangalore, Hyderabada, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi and Bhubaneswar and helped more then 2500 people with sufficient ration and other requirements. Read more ... Delibreation on issues pertaining to Adivasi is a routine event in SEA, internally as well as sometimes with open public. Purpose is to share knowledge and information and make people aware as well as provide platform for intellectuals to exchange their ideas and thoughts enabling further knoweldge development on the topics. SEA conducts AGM and Conference annually where large number of members with family attend and also several outside delegates are invited to exchange ideas, opinions and brainstorm on different issues that helps different people to utilise in professional career, policy making, building public opinion and many other things.
